A graduate of EM Lyon and a true growth all-rounder, he founded onalgo in 2022 to support ambitious companies through their media transformation, combining strategic vision and hands-on execution.

With 14+ years of experience, Matthieu built his expertise in leading consulting firms like Equancy and fifty-five, growing from consultant to Associate Director. A specialist in marketing strategy, operating models and performance optimization, he has worked with brands such as Sephora, BNP Paribas, EDF, Macif and Servier. With previous stints at PSA and Showroomprivé, he combines strategic vision with a deep operational mastery of digital marketing. A graduate of ESSEC and Excelia, Matthieu joined onalgo as Managing Director in 2025.

A senior consultant specialized in digital media campaigns management and acquisition performance optimization, previously at Artefact and Labelium. Célia supports brands in structuring their paid media setups, framing their agency partnerships and setting up measurement frameworks aligned with their business reality. Her dual strategic and operational sensitivity allows her to operate on diagnosis as much as activation, owning performance commitments all the way through.

Stéphany brings 6+ years of experience in top-tier media agencies, with a strong specialization in paid social developed within social-first structures. At tigrz.paris, she rose from consultant to Media Manager, leading a team of 5 and managing a portfolio of 15 clients including AMI, The Kooples, Sarenza, Club Med and Groupe Beaumanoir. An expert in full-funnel SMA strategy and attribution analysis (GA4, Piano, TrackAd), she masters every social platform — Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest. Facebook Media Buying Professional certified and a graduate of Rennes School of Business (MSc International Luxury & Brand Management), Stéphany joined onalgo as a Senior Consultant in 2025.

After formative experiences at Ubisoft (gaming marketing strategy) and Groupe Les Echos-Le Parisien (digital media strategy), he joined fifty-five’s trading desk as an SEA & SMA Consultant, supporting major brands like Hermès, Homebox and TV5 Monde in building performing media strategies and improving collaboration between in-house teams and media partners. A graduate of ESSCA (Master in Marketing) and Google Shopping certified, Augustin joined onalgo in 2025 as a Consultant, specialized in Search, Social Media Advertising and Retail Media.
