The Site is accessible from any location, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except in cases of force majeure, planned or unplanned interruption, and in particular in the event of maintenance needs. Data collected via GA4 is retained for a maximum period of 14 months. The User may refuse the use of audience measurement cookies at any time via the consent banner displayed on their first visit to the Site, or by configuring their browser to block cookies.

When the User contacts ONALGO via the contact form or by email, the following personal data may be collected: last name, first name, professional email address, company name, job title and content of the message.
Purpose of processing: this data is collected for the sole purpose of responding to the User's request, qualifying the business need expressed and, where applicable, initiating a commercial relationship.
Legal basis: the processing is based on the User's consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), given by the act of voluntarily submitting the form, as well as on ONALGO's legitimate interest in responding to inbound commercial inquiries (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
Recipients: the data is accessible only to authorized ONALGO staff involved in the commercial relationship. No data is resold or transferred to third parties for commercial prospecting purposes.
Retention period: data is retained for a maximum period of 3 years from the last contact with the User, in accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority) regarding prospect management. Beyond this period, data is deleted or archived with restricted access to meet legal obligations.
User rights: in accordance with the GDPR and the amended French Data Protection Act, the User has a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability of their data, as well as a right to object to processing.
