Publisher

The publication of the Site is provided by ONALGO SASU, with a share capital of €1,000, registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 948 209 242, with its registered office located at 13 rue des Chênes, 92150 Suresnes, France. Email address: contact@onalgo.com. Intracommunity VAT number: FR15948209242. The Director of Publication is Mr. Hugo Gersanois, hereinafter referred to as the "Publisher".

Host

The host of the Site is the company Webflow, whose head office is located at 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, United States, reachable at +1 415-964-0555 and at the email address contact@webflow.com.

Access to the Site

The Site is accessible from any location, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except in cases of force majeure, planned or unplanned interruption, and in particular in the event of maintenance needs. In the event of modification, interruption or suspension of the Site, the Publisher cannot be held liable.

Data collection

The Site ensures the collection and processing of personal information with respect for privacy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679, "GDPR") and French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, relating to data processing, files and freedoms.

In accordance with these texts, the User has a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection concerning their personal data. The User exercises these rights by email at the following address: contact@onalgo.com.

Audience measurement tools and cookies

The Site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to measure Site traffic and analyze user behavior. GA4 collects anonymized data such as pages visited, time spent on the Site, traffic sources, device type, browser used, and approximate geographic location (at country/city level, with IP address anonymization enabled).

This data is collected exclusively for statistical purposes and Site improvement. ONALGO does not use this data for advertising purposes, does not run any advertising campaigns, and does not share this data with third parties for commercial or marketing targeting purposes.

Data collected via GA4 is retained for a maximum period of 14 months. The User may refuse the use of audience measurement cookies at any time via the consent banner displayed on their first visit to the Site, or by configuring their browser to block cookies.

Processing of contact form data

When the User contacts ONALGO via the contact form or by email, the following personal data may be collected: last name, first name, professional email address, company name, job title and content of the message.

Purpose of processing: this data is collected for the sole purpose of responding to the User's request, qualifying the business need expressed and, where applicable, initiating a commercial relationship.

Legal basis: the processing is based on the User's consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), given by the act of voluntarily submitting the form, as well as on ONALGO's legitimate interest in responding to inbound commercial inquiries (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).

Recipients: the data is accessible only to authorized ONALGO staff involved in the commercial relationship. No data is resold or transferred to third parties for commercial prospecting purposes.

Retention period: data is retained for a maximum period of 3 years from the last contact with the User, in accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority) regarding prospect management. Beyond this period, data is deleted or archived with restricted access to meet legal obligations.

User rights: in accordance with the GDPR and the amended French Data Protection Act, the User has a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability of their data, as well as a right to object to processing. The User may also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr). These rights are exercised by writing to: contact@onalgo.com.

Intellectual property rights

Any use, reproduction, distribution, commercialization or modification of all or part of the Site, without the Publisher's authorization, is prohibited and may give rise to legal actions and proceedings as provided in particular by the French Intellectual Property Code and the French Civil Code.
